AUGMENTED TRAINING
Augmented Training is a personalized educational methodology that integrates different technological resources and promotes intensive practice. It is a dynamic model, that allows students to set their own learning pace.
AT proposes a new educational paradigm, which incorporates the use of interactive Augmented Reality for the acquisition, improvement and application of knowledge and manual skills in professional activity.
The Augmented Training Technology is composed of: Soldamatic e-Learning, Soldamatic Welding Simulator and Real Workshop Practice.
Soldamatic e-Learning:
LMS (Learning Management System) application for the management and development of the course that allows the teacher to create contents, manage the course and control the evolution of the students, as well as the interaction between teacher and student in real time.
Soldamatic Welding Simulator:
Allows students to immerse themselves in simulation environments based on Augmented Reality technology in which they can practice realistically without limitations, risks or associated costs, until they acquire the necessary skills and abilities to move on to a real environment, being able to analyse the results of each of the practices at all times in order to focus on the areas in which they have more difficulties.
Real workshop:
Real practice is always necessary. When the student develops the necessary skills and abilities in Augmented Reality, it is time to move on to the real environment.
Through Augmented Lab you can connect several simulators to the same server, in this way you will create a simulation classroom where you can have access to the progress of the students, to the performance of their practices in real time, and share with them the contents and the practices and also be able to see the results of the tests they carry out.
Furthermore, Seabery has developed Robotics, an educational solution that meets the needs of industry, which is increasingly making use of robots to carry out welding tasks. It is possible to train workers in the industry to make optimal use of the robot, for which Robotics is compatible with different brands of robots on the market. Robotics employs augmented training methodology in the same way as the simulator is used for manual welding.
