      • Perform installation, maintenance and service in accordance with this user manual, industry standards and national codes.
      • Do not repair, modify, or disassemble the simulator or operate the simulator with parts or accessories not supplied by the manufacturer. Use only manufacturer-approved components and accessories.
      • Make sure that all connectors are securely fastened.
      • Do not use the simulator until you are sure it is installed correctly.
      • Before each use, inspect the simulator for damage and verify that it is properly mounted and secured.
      • Use the simulator only as specified in the manual.
      • This welding training technology can be safely operated in a room with sufficient space between +10°C and +40°C (+50°F and +104°F). Make sure that it is always in this conditions.

Electric shock

      • Touching live electrical parts can cause fatal shocks or severe burns.
      • Disconnect input power before installing or servicing this equipment.
      • Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wider blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
      • Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus. The product is equipped with a detachable power cord, use only the type provided with your product or by your local distributor and/or retailer.
      • To completely disconnect this apparatus from the AC Mains, disconnect the power supply cord plug from the AC receptacle.
      • Keep cables dry, free of oil and grease, and protected from hot metal and sparks.
      • Frequently inspect the input power cord and ground conductor for damage or bare wiring (replace immediately if damaged). Bare wiring can cause fatal damage.
      • Use only well-maintained equipment.
      • Check that all panels and converters are correctly positioned.
      • Do not use the simulator during a thunderstorm. Turn off the equipment and disconnect the input power until the risk of lightning has passed.
      • Always check that the supply is earthed. Check and make sure that the cable plug is connected to a properly earthed socket.
      • Do not use the equipment in wet conditions.

      • Seabery recommends consulting the robot manufacturer for safety measures to ensure safe use.
      • It is the responsibility of the user to organise training for the operators who will be using the robot to ensure that they are aware of the hazards associated with its use and that they are familiar with the operating procedures for both its application and use.
      • Seabery recommends that all persons who will be working with the robot are properly trained according to the recommendations of the robotic system manufacturer and are familiarised with the correct operation of the system.
      • Persons responsible for system programming, including design, implementation and debugging of application programs, must be familiar with the programming procedures associated with the use and installation of the robot.
      • The operational characteristics of robots can be significantly different from those of other machines and equipment. A robot is capable of high-energy movements.
